Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cashier / Dispatcher. In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating delivery schedules.
As a Cashier, your main duties will include processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining an accurate cash register. You will also need to handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Attention to detail and good mathematical skills are a must.
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the delivery of goods and services. You will need to communicate with drivers, assess delivery requirements, and ensure timely deliveries. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Requirements:
- Prior cashier or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
