Job Description
With more than 15 years in the restaurant and delicatessen business, Omnivores Manila, Inc. is seeking a Cashier to join their team. Duties include scanning goods, processing payments, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include good communication skills, experience as a cashier, and willingness to work at various locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and changes.
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Resolve customers complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills.
- Experience as a cashier is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
- Customer satisfaction oriented.
- Willingness to work at various locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift
