Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier/Frontdesk for our company. As a Cashier/Frontdesk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Your main responsibilities will include processing cash and card transactions, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining an organized front desk area. You will also be required to accurately handle customer complaints and resolve any issues they may have.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a friendly and approachable demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of cash handling procedures are preferred.
