Job Description
I. JOB SUMMARY
The Cashier is responsible for addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash at all times and resolving price checks for customers.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and collection of various sales transactions.
- Issuance of OR’s to clients, charge slips for charged accounts.
- Addresses customer questions and complaints.
- Reports complaints and problems to the Administrator, and refers customers to the manager when needed.
- Prepares monthly sales summary report.
- Counts out register drawer at the end of the shift.
- Updates admin/finance for the status of changed accounts on a weekly basis.
- Trains new cashiers.
- Ensures that all register drawers are balanced at the end of a shift.
- Prepares bank deposit envelopes and reports and stores daily profits in a safe manner.
Other Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding and complying with relevant policies, procedures, and service delivery standards. Performs other related duties and functions assigned by the Accounting Officer.

Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
