Job Description
Perform essential Cashiering duties, including but not limited to:
- Operating scanners, cash registers, and other electronics.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and providing a receipt to every customer.
- Processing sales transactions, cost of products, services, refunds, and exchanges
- Answering customer questions about products or services.
- Handling customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Has at least 1-year cashiering experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to handle transactions correctly and responsibly
- Attention to detail
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills
- Ability to approach and resolve complaints courteously
- Responsible, and attentive to customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
