Job Description
Greeting customers entering the hotel establishment with friendliness and hospitality.
Answering routine questions and issues from customers.
Providing professional and courteous service at all times.
Assisting customers with the selection of gift shop merchandise.
Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions professionally.
Receives payments from guests.
Handling cash transactions between customers and the souvenir shop.
Bag items and merchandise by following standard procedures.
Operated the cash register with proficiency.
Receiving and processing all payments as per standard procedures.
Examining products being purchased for damages and price accuracy.
Count money in cash drawers to ensure correct amounts and adequate change.
Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce new ones.
