KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Customer happiness
- Fast and exact transaction
- Accurate reporting
- Accurate inventory
- Keep equipment in good working condition
DUTIES:
- Greet and assist customers with a smile
- Receive orders and payment
- Give exact change
- Beginning and ending inventory
- Daily sales reports (DSR)
- Sales summary
- Make a good impression on customers
- Able to serve drinks
- Reheat products
- Ensure cleanliness of the station
- Operate manual and automatic Point of Sales (POS)
