Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collect customer payments
- Issue official receipts, refunds, and the like
- Resolves customer complaints, guides them and provides relevant information
- Prepares a report at the end of the day (if asked by supervisor)
- Greet customers who enter or leave establishments
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Bag, box, or wrap products
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Proven 1 year working experience as a store cashier
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Attention to details
- Sales skills
- Excellent Math Skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Flexible and is easy to learn
- Reliable
- Be able to communicate clearly with customers
- Willing to be assigned at Northwalk 2 Complex, Jasa Road, Brgy. Dolores, San Fernando, Pampanga
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
