Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles effective control of branch funds & collections following company policies & procedures.
- Ensures proper disbursement & on-time replenishment of branch revolving fund.
- Implements effective management of stocks and NetSuite System.
- Monitors proper utilization, issuance, and safekeeping of all accountable forms.
- Adheres to timely submission of reportorial requirements.
- Collaborates with Branch Manager for branch safety & Check & Balance procedure.
- Ensures excellent service & satisfaction to customers’ requests & preferences.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the retail industry.
- Quick grasp of business processes.
- Proficient in numerical & mathematical computation.
- Knowledge & Experience in POS Machine is advantageous.
