Job Description
Collection Cashiers at Providence Memorial Park are responsible for Official Receipt Entry from various bills payment transactions, including GCASH, Metrobank Bills payment, and Bayad Center payment. They allocate payments to respective billings, submit timely collection reports, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate entry of all collection receipts in ERP
- Allocate Official Receipt Entries correctly within a specified timeframe
- Issuing correct collection receipts promptly
- Guiding customers on payments and billing queries
- Submitting reports accurately and on time
Work Schedule: Mon to Thurs 7am – 6pm, Fri 8am – 5pm
Work Location: Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
Experience: 1 year cashiering experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s in Banking, Finance, or related field
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented
- Can work well under pressure
