Qualifications:

• College level/Senior High
• With excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Driven, motivated, and fast learner
• Can work with less supervision
• Willing to work in shifts

Job Description:

1. Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
2. Handle customer inquiries including phone inquiries and direct them to the appropriate party
3. Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
4. Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing them to the customer
5. Handle cash, credit, or debit transactions between customers and the retail store
6. Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers
7. Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location, including cash handling and deposits
8. Train and supervise new cashiers
9. Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
10. Submit Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
11. Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
12. Assume the responsibilities of the OIC in case of OIC’s absence
13. Perform other functions deemed necessary by management
14. Telco experience is an advantage
15. For SM Megamall assignment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
