Job Description
A Cashier/Sales Associate plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. As a Cashier, you will handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing friendly and prompt service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing sales transactions, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Recommending and upselling products to customers based on their needs.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking products.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a positive attitude. Prior cashier or sales experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
