Job Description
Qualifications:
- College level/Senior High
- With excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
- Driven, motivated, and fast learner
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work in shifts
Job Description:
- Showing courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
- Handling customer inquiries, including phone inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate party
- Receiving and processing payments according to standard procedures
- Examining products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing them to the customer
- Handling cash, credit, or debit transactions between customers and retail store
- Answering routine billing questions/issues from customers
- Assisting in the opening and closing of a retail location, including cash handling and deposits
- Training and supervising new cashiers
- Assisting in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
- Submitting Daily Sales Reports daily and other necessary reports as required
- Communicating with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
- Assuming the responsibilities of the Officer-in-Charge in case of their absence
- Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
- Having Telco experience is an advantage
- For SM Santa Rosa assignment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
