Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle payment transactions whether cash or credit
- Check for accuracy and completeness of billings/invoices
- Receive or collect payments and issue receipts
- Track transactions and report any discrepancies
- Handle general office administration duties
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Accommodate clients/visitors and respond to inquiries
Qualifications:
- Trustworthy
- College graduate
- Good math skills
- Familiarity with equipment like cash register and POS an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
