Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Cashier with a pleasing personality who can help in our day-to-day Finance Operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Disburses meal and travel allowances, medical expenses, training expenses, crew cash advances, visa fees, POEA and OWWA fees, and other expenditures of the company
- Replenishes petty cash
- Conducts daily cash counts and makes sure that the petty cash is intact
- Ensures that reimbursements are duly accounted
- Balances the cash register and generates reports
- Performs reconciliation of accounts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Highly organized
- Pleasing personality
- Strong mathematical ability and can be trusted with money matters
- Punctual and comes to work on time
- Can work well with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maritime/Manning: 1 year (Preferred)
