Job Description
We are currently looking for a Cashier Specialist to join our team. As a Cashier Specialist, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate cash registers, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions with customers.
- Scan goods and collect payments.
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
- Keep reports of transactions.
The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. Previous experience in cashiering or a similar role is preferred.
