Job Description
- Receive payments from patients whether in cash, credit card or checks.
- Issue Official Receipt upon payment of patients.
- Prepare deposit slips for daily collections.
- Prepare statements of accounts for various procedures as requested by the patients.
- Explain price quotations to patients for different types of procedures.
- Call to all accredited HMOs for the LOA inquiries and approvals.
- Facilitate HMO approvals (Health Maintenance Organizations such as Medicard, Maxicare, Cocolife, etc.)
- Verify the Philhealth member thru Philhealth portal.
- Check the completeness of attached medical records (laboratory results and procedures).
- Ensure that authorized signatories have signed the required documents.
