Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and issue invoices/receipts to customers.
- Process payments and follow up on outstanding amounts.
- Prepare account statements and manage account balances.
- Assist accounting with financial reports and maintain customer records.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in cashiering with the ability to prepare financial reports.
- Strong MS Office skills and effective communication.
