Job Description
- Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
- Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guests are delivered on time within the company standard
- Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table setup following the company standards
- Adhere to the company code of conduct
- Give equal respect to superiors and fellow employees
- Perform other related duties and functions assigned by superiors
- Experience from a casual dining or quick-service restaurant
- With a pleasing personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to work at SM Sta. Mesa
- Available for immediate hiring
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
