Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Staff. As a Cashier/Customer Service Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining efficient and accurate transaction processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Processing customer payments, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
To excel in this position, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
