Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Brand Supervisor to join our team at McAsia Food Trade Corporation. As a Brand Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception.
• Oversee the creation and execution of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment in marketing campaigns, product launches, and communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, tracking brand sentiment and perception.
• Provide guidance and direction to the creative team in developing brand assets, including logos, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Train and educate internal teams on brand guidelines and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in branding and marketing.
• Continuously evaluate and evolve brand strategies to meet changing market demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Brand Supervisor or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
• Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
