Department: Business Development and Partnerships
Level: Experienced (Team Lead)
Location: Philippines – Manila
Job Description:
- Create and execute growth strategies for product categories.
- Develop merchandising and promotion proposals.
- Optimize key account relationships.
- Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers.
- Conduct analysis on merchant needs.
- Establish local strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in consulting, business development, or eCommerce.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Amenable to work onsite in The Podium, Mandaluyong City.
