Job Description
OutChain Solutions seeks an experienced Category Manager for Food Retail. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of senior-level experience in food retail, with demonstrated success in private label product development across multiple categories. Strong expertise in pasta, sauces, and other cooking ingredients is required, along with proven skills in supplier negotiations, cost management, and market analysis.
- Manage full product lifecycle and ensure product competitiveness
- Drive private label innovation and lead cross-functional sourcing
- Oversee commercialization and supplier relationships
