Job Description
A Category Sourcing Specialist plays a crucial role in sourcing and selecting suppliers to meet the organization’s category requirements. Responsibilities include identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong analytical skills and market knowledge are essential in this role.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Prior experience in procurement and sourcing is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build and maintain supplier relationships.
