Job Description
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Extract market insight from IQVIA, internal sales data, customer interaction, and frontline insights.
2. Create reports for stakeholders regarding non-pharma product trends and insights.
3. Recommend non-pharmaceutical products to the product committee for approval, creating any supporting documentation necessary for the process.
4. Monitor market pricing and ensure competitiveness of assigned product group.
5. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for product updates of the assigned product group.
6. Full product management from introduction to retirement for the assigned product group.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- College graduate of any marketing or business management course
- Minimum three-year’s experience in marketing, product marketing, or any related fields.
COMPETENCIES
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Accuracy and keen eye for detail
- Computer literate with advanced skill in using Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Highly trainable and strategic
