- Perform daily control room tasks with high integrity and efficiency
- Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Line Manager/Security Officer
- Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication
- Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Security Officer on duty
- Monitor vehicle and staff movements
- Report any alarm activation to the Security Officer
- Answer all calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Certification in CCTV Security/CCTV Operator or experience in CCTV operation is an advantage
- Experience working within a team environment and relevant experience of working alone and setting priorities is preferred.
- Must have good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task when required
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills both written and oral
