Job Description
Qualifications
- Experience in Central Monitoring (Tech Services) for 2 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Demonstrated capability of learning new technologies and procedures
- Strong knowledge of automation systems/networks/security configuration and deployment
Job Description
- Monitor alerts and events
- Troubleshoot incidents and address remediation of issues
- Lead continuous improvement of operational support
- Automation of alerts and remediation processes
- Work closely with other Agile Teams, Managed Service Providers and Vendors as necessary
MUST HAVE
- Operating System/Network monitoring
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
