Job Description
We are seeking a Center Delivery Helpdesk associate to manage inbound support for delivery operations at our service center. The role liaises with logistics partners, resolves customer inquiries, and ensures timely and accurate parcel handling.
- Key duties: respond to calls and emails, track shipments, escalate and resolve issues, update delivery records, coordinate with couriers and customers, maintain SLA compliance, and produce daily operational reports.
- Requirements: minimum one year of experience in logistics or customer support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic IT proficiency, and availability for shift work. Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
