Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with a strong background in financial accounting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to improve financial performance.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Preparation of corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is required.
• Intermediate Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting.
• Senior Level: 5+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zero, or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, and candidates must be willing to work during PST business hours.
