A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a professional accountant who has fulfilled the educational and experience requirements set by a state or jurisdiction’s board of accountancy. CPAs serve various roles within organizations, including financial analysis, tax planning and preparation, auditing, and consulting services.
As a CPA, your responsibilities may include preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, analyzing and interpreting financial data, providing guidance on tax strategies, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
