Job Description
Nestlé is seeking a motivated Channel Operations Support Executive to ensure robust operational alignment and enhance our service level agreements (SLAs) with National Sales Managers. This crucial role focuses on effective execution, maintaining market hygiene, and ensuring adequate coverage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Align operational results with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive the resolution of challenges and meet strategic plans.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales Operations teams.
- Implement DIAL standards rigorously.
- Identify and address gaps in product availability.
- Foster strong relationships with customer personnel.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Management or Operations.
- Proven experience in Customer Engagement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of all sales functions.
