Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure overall satisfaction.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only; weekends off.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in using phones and computers.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or possess relevant residency status.
- Educational background: High School, College, or Vocational diploma required.
- Strong verbal and listening skills; proficiency in English is preferred.
Salary: Php 18,00.00 – Php 24,892.00 monthly.
