Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Chat Agents, regardless of prior experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer concerns via phone or written communication.
- Promptly resolve customer issues on first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with products/services, utilizing negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with team members and share information with clients.
