Job Description
Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping others? We are looking for individuals to join our team as Chat and Email Support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat and email, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical problems, and creating support tickets for unresolved issues. Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this position.
