Position: Chat and Email Support for Travel Account – Non-Voice/Chat
We are urgently hiring Travel Representatives for our Metro sites. Join our growing team and enjoy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries about travel products and services
- Assist with booking travel arrangements
- Provide advice on travel destinations and activities
- Handle customer complaints and meet performance targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of travel products and booking systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, and more
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th month salary, Bonus pay, Overtime pay
