As a Chat and Email Support Specialist at SGS Sapient – BPO Global Hub, you will collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a positive user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate content that violates policies.
- Communicate moderation decisions constructively to users.
- Document incidents for accurate record-keeping.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of moderation processes.
