Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team as Chat Assistants. In this position, you will:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone.
- Provide detailed information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training!
Work hours are Monday to Friday, with weekends off. We provide a competitive salary ranging from Php18,980.00 to Php23,980.00 per month, alongside an attractive benefits package that includes HMO, paid leave, and a 13th-month salary.
