Job Description
BPOCaldwell SupportWorks is excited to announce an opening for a Chat Associate to become a valued member of our vibrant team. We provide an exceptional benefits package that includes a competitive salary, a 13th-month pay, and HMO coverage for up to three dependents starting from Day One.
Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries through phone and written communication, offering information and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Applicants should possess a college degree (no prior experience necessary) or be high school graduates with BPO experience. Strong English communication skills are mandatory. This is an onsite position, and candidates must live within 25km to 35km of our office.
