JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide seamless and outstanding customer experience through chat, email, and back office support.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Deliver top-tier customer support promptly through chat and email.
- Execute back-office tasks efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve best results.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree; 1 year BPO customer service experience.
- Background in chat/email communication preferred; technical account experience is a plus.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva is beneficial.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills; tech-savvy with high attention to detail.
- Willing to work night shifts.
