Job Description
We are seeking experienced Online Assistants to join our Hotel Reservation team at Teleservices Jobs Pro. In this non-voice role, you will support customers through chat and email regarding hotel bookings, modifications, and inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of BPO or customer service experience and be high school graduates.
Key Responsibilities: Handle reservations, provide accurate information, ensure exceptional customer service, and follow company guidelines.
Qualifications: High school graduate, excellent written English skills, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer use.
