Job Description
BPO Caldwell Tech Hub is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Chat/Email Content Moderator to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve adhering to standard operations, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution, and performing basic troubleshooting as required. No prior BPO experience is necessary!
Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Full-time positions are available with a monthly salary range of Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00.
