Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone and written communication to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first contact.
- Match customer needs with our products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Convey information to clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion. Pay ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00/month.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday.
