Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact.
- Matching customer demands to our products and services.
- Utilizing influencing skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Sharing specific information with clients and colleagues.
