Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products/services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.
