Job Description
Join Caldwell BPO in Central Luzon as a Chat/Email Support Encoder! We offer a variety of accounts including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Aligning customer needs with our products and services.
- Influencing customer decisions through effective communication.
