Position Overview:
This role focuses on ensuring seamless operations, addressing issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the system.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
