Job Description
PH Orbit Employment is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat & Email Support – Non-Voice Agents.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through chat and email regarding their inquiries.
- Provide accurate solutions using predefined scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and patience with all customers.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Amenable to working onsite in Ortigas SM Megamall.
