Job Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and assist clients
- Provide customer support via mail and internet
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve concerns
- Answer participant inquiries and ensure understanding of critical information
Requirements:
- College graduates or BPO-experienced High School/Senior High School graduates
- Proficient in English communication
- Open to onsite work within 25km to 35 km radius
