Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or reach 2nd year in College
- High School Graduates are accepted

Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries using standard procedures
- Researches/resolves queries and logs customer calls
- Communicates alternatives in a timely manner
- Guides lower-level employees
