Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Matching customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure customer buy-in.
- Sharing information with internal and external clients.
